When Infiniti first announced its ambitious new naming scheme for all of its models several days ago, The company received quite a bit of feedback from critics and angry Infiniti buyers who went up in arms against the idea and voiced their displeasure. In response to this passionate feedback, Infiniti president Johan de Nysschen has released a brief memo which explains why the company felt the changes were necessary and how they could help the company in the near future.
